Today the CTA button is visible on the bot-page and in the bot window when you have it as a regular chat-bubble. But when you embed the bot on a page it is not visible. Therefore we need to alter also the text for user instructions as we're missing an important CTA on the embed-view. Could the CTA button also be visible in embed mode? Probably placement would need to be different for the UX to be ok and also hinder that they rather ceate a ticket than asking the bot...We can come with suggestions if you'd like. Attached is how the embed looks on our intranet.
